Terms, privacy and software license
This page summarizes the rules presented during the commercial pilot. Final contracting details use the legal entity and billing information shown on the issued invoice.
Terms of service
30-day license period
Each approved purchase creates one 30-day software license. The period starts on first successful activation and does not create a lifetime entitlement.
One active installation
A license supports one active server at a time. Moving the license to a replacement server supersedes the previous installation.
Payment pilot
During the manual pilot, opening a payment request does not automatically charge a payment method. A license is delivered only after the request is approved.
Privacy summary
The customer account stores the email, chosen account name, password hash, purchase and license records required to operate the service. Raw passwords are not stored. Device and license activity is used for activation, security review and support.
Software license summary
The commercial package may be installed and used only while the issued license is active. Redistribution, resale outside an approved reseller arrangement, bypassing license checks and unauthorized copying are not permitted.
