# License Agreement

## Status

Ready for signature. Legal entity/signature fields are placeholders until the company name is confirmed; this does not block the software flow.

## Grant

The customer receives the right to run MFI AI Gateway on one active self-hosted installation per active license.

## Period

The launch license period is 30 days. Renewal creates another 30-day period. Longer periods and lifetime grants are not offered in the launch model.

## Activation

The software requires communication with the license server. A newer activation can supersede an older active installation for the same license key.

## Protection

The package is distributed as source-free commercial artifacts. Attempts to bypass license verification, tamper with signed metadata or reuse working tokens outside the active installation are prohibited.

## Termination

Licenses may be suspended or revoked for payment failure, abuse, redistribution or repeated suspicious activation behavior.
